Healing happens in spaces where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
I work with adults navigating trauma, mood disorders, and moments of crisis that feel overwhelming or destabilizing. Many of the people I see are struggling with shame, self-criticism, or feeling like they “should” be handling things better than they are.
I don’t see people as broken, I see them as people who are overwhelmed, lost, burned out, or carrying pain that hasn’t been fully processed.
My work is trauma-informed and grounded in approaches like CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Jungian therapy. I will tailor your treatment to your individual needs. I’m active, engaged, and passionate about learning new tools for my clients. I’m also open to meeting multiple times per week when extra support is needed.
I like to create a collaborative space where we laugh, connect patterns, gain insight, and connect as humans. I value deep, introspective work because real change happens when we understand ourselves.
Shame keeps people stuck. Self-compassion creates momentum. And you don’t have to figure this out alone. Together, we find what works for you.
